problems with canon 1000D

hi can i ask when you review your photos on canon 1000d, and you click display a few times, then when its at certain screen. the background will flash black. is this normal? do comment, thank you.

If I am not wrong , you might have activated the LCD screen off mode......

I'm not sure what you are trying to explain. If the image has areas that are flashing, it could be showing you blown out areas.

My impression is that hes pressing the display button, and the lcd then shows a different screen layout each time and then came a point when the LCD screen blacks out.

That's not a problem bro...if u press DISP button again the screen will come back cos u off the screen by pressing DISP. No worries
