juz bought 1 today and when i reach home and check it's exiff settings.

the widest focal lenght is 20mm instead of 19mm. and when i tried to set it up to it's maximum focal (zoom) it's 36mm not 35mm...

already did some several test. but same thing.

is the lens got any prob?

any users out there? pls advise.

I guess it not really a prob. ALL SENIORS, correct me if i'm wrong. the thing abt lenses is that they all have their "effective focal lengths". they would not be exactly the same a wat u be expecting but shld not deviate too much from that indicated.

so, no worry abt that unless u really need that 1mm of coverage.
hope that helps.;)

Esp for zoom. The focal length is not correct.

A 20-80 could be 25-70 in actually. It's quite common.

May I ask how much you paid for it?
Did you consider the Tokina 19-35mm which cost around $400.
Anyone know which is better?
Thank:)
