i just got my digital prints back from the lab and then i realise that all my pic is crop. some of which the head left 3/4. it is common for printing digital. or it is because of the lab prob?
should i change a lab.

I've said this many, many times. Go to a more reputable lab. They will be able to crop or not crop according to your needs. Or even print on special paper. The not-so-reputable and cheaper labs will just crop to fit 4R.
