Problem with lens

Hi all
I got this Tamron AF 24-70mm lens for my SLR camera. It keeps giving my camera bc error. Properbly the lens cannot make it already. How much is it to buy the exactly the same one in second hand market? Asking because thinking of sending it in for repair but not sure worth it or not.

the newer version is 28-75 F2.8
New set costs about 600-630

2nd hand costs around 400-500

there's no 24-70mm version now.
get the 28-75, FANTASTIC lens.

What I mean is I have it on my hand now. Is not working properly not sure if it is worth it to get it repaired

Hmm... got confused by you :dunno:
are you ask for the price of the lens ?

There is no more 24-70 for tamron
Is replaced by a wonderful lens called 28-75 f2.8

about the DC error .... try clean the contact part of the camera and lens (with rubber)
If not, you can try send it to the Tamron service centre ( U can do a search )

I think they're referring to the f/2.8 version. Theres no 24-70mm f/2.8 Tamron.
