Problem with DPP

Not sure anyone encountered this problem.
After installation of the DPP & other editing software from the CD provided.

DPP is not able to use.
Anyone can share a resolution to it?.

If you are able to share a few more details we could make a more elaborated guess. But so far .. none of us has mind-reading capabilities. My crystal ball is for cleaning service ... found some dust inside.
