Problem with Blogger

Having problem submit new blog articles in the past few days. Tried IE7, IE8, Firefox and fairly sure it has nothing to do with my browsers and settings.

Anyone has this problem? How do yo fix it? Now I can only write text and no attachments (in simple wysiwyg way... )

last time I had my blogs 'flagged'.
after checking blogger postings, I realised this was a probelm with Singtel subscribers. what I needed to do was to change the colour (yes colour) of my blogger banner and it solved the problem.

I wonder is it ST again this time. the whole thing degenerated to a text based version, even the layout of the items is bad...
