There should be bigger ones but at least this one is of a brandname we are more familiar with:)

Can hook up Pentax dSLR at its rear? And shoot chang-er on the moon?

SLR/DSLR can be attached into the eyepiece holder of almost all telescopes with the aid of both a T-adapter and a T-ring, this is known as the prime focus method. While utilizing the eyepiece of the telescope to project a image directly into the film/sensor of a SLR/DSLR through an extension tube is known as the eyepiece projection method.

The magnification (power) of the telescope varies based primarily on the focal length of the eyepiece used, though you won't be able to see Chang'e (or any other god, goodness and human) you'll be able to clearly see the great red spot on Jupiter and the magnificent ice rings of Saturn.

Some galaxies, nebulas and star clusters are also visible from Singapore and is viewable through the telescope on a clear, cloudless night. ;)

I believe that is housed at the Singapore Science Centre.

Science Center Singapore, Omni-Theatre.
The Observatory.

Did a short stint as a volunteer over there though it was during the monsoon season and I had spent more time showing curios visitors the inverted logo at the rooftop of the JTC Summit than astronomical objects , stargazing event is held every Friday night between 7.50pm and 10pm and is open to the public free of charge. ;)

Yes. Its a pentax telescope donated by the Japanese to Singapore.
It can be used for imaging although its primarily for visual observations.
For your info, Pentax makes some of the best astronomy eyepieces (the telescope equivalent of the "lens") continuing the tradition of excellence especially for their "limited range" and quite recently the weather-resistant DA* series too. The pentax telescopes are not too bad either!

If you are interested in astronomy, do check out the following:

I had never own a Pentax telescope, only a couple of their eye pieces. Read mostly excellent and favourable reviews on both their physical build and optical quality of their telescopes and with some models even being comparable to their Takahashi counterparts.

Though Pentax seems to be discontinuing the production of its current series of telescope models. Pentax Press Release Dated 5th of December 2008, originally in Japanese and translated to English with the aid of Google.
