What are the key points to note for pro??
Is there any demo/sample of pro photo montage??

Erm. How do you define pro? Do you mean asthetically nice looking?

Keep things simple, clear and concise. Effects, if added, are there to make transitions look better/give some eye candy, but not to override and steal the attention away from the photos.

Don't do last minute work/rush work, cause the layout and designs require time to think through to give your photos the best effect. Try not to use too many diff. colours for your designs.

I don't have samples to share, cause I've not done one before, but what I've stated earlier is kind of a rule that applies to asthetics (you can break it of course, but know when to break it). Like I said, you need to experiment around, based on those rules, and come up with something you can call your own and which you're proud of.
