I just called mscolor and they told me the 20D price is B4 gst.

Did you equote specify whether it is inclusive of gst? If it is $2299 inclusive of gst, then maybe quite worth it.

IMO, MS Color equote for DSLR are usually before GST.
Only lens and accessories then they equote after GST price.
or check the equote, it will stated.
If price include GST, it will stated (inc.gst) after the price.
