May i know what are the suitable lens and iso and shutter speed for inddor press conference for concert ?:D

There are no magical number. You need to know,

1) Environment such as lighting?
2) Where will you be?
3) What camera are you using (APS-C, m43, Fullframe, etc)?

In general though, I would try to use a fast lens, the focal length will depend on where I am, the ISO setting will depend on the lighting, brightness, etc, the shutter speed will depend on my ISO and aperture setting.

Hope it helps.

If your don't know the numbers during then, the best setting available may be the green bracket full auto.

Using auto add guideline, Pluck those numbers and manipulate them on the semi auto or manual mode to get desired exposure/effect.

And use an external flash.

Depends how far you are. If relatively up close, then something like a EF 24-105 F4 would be very versatile like so.

P mode is more then enough for such situations especially if using flashgun as well.
