Thanks, I used photoshop for this. I go mostly by feel for how to edit, and I don't keep track of the exact steps I used, so I am afraid I am unable to give a proper step by step explanation.
Taken this morning at Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple at around 8:45am before going to work..
the shot straight out of the camera:
ant the processed one in an almost monochrome effect:
no cropping or other lens correction were done.

when i saw the crying first pic of the 'before', i thought when i scroll down i would see a laughing version in the 'after'.. :kok::bsmilie:
1 is confirmed, 2 is almost done except a couple of tweaks on the leaves, 3 and 4 are the first draft images.
each image takes about 2 hours or more and i have to watch out for minor details on the skin because these will be printed and used as ads for the designer.
as usual, i'll be taking the images down after a while.
