possible to reduce noise

took afew shots of a birthday party recently and the photos came out with alot of little white dots.

i think its the film i use. press 800.

so possible for me to send to some lab to do something to reduce the "noise"? :)
 

For starters, if you are using film, it's not noise. It's called grain.
And for high-speed films, the grain should be visible across the pictures. As it all parts of the pictures should look rough well up close. Have white spots isn't exactly a feature of grain. It's more likely due to the chemical which the film was developed in. If you have been getting white spots on your pics, you should try developing your film at another shop.
