for this pic, i'd rather u crop more... since u already cropped off the elbows. might as well do it even more dynamically... lets say, crop of 1/8 from left, 1/4 of right, 1/6 of the top... u'll get what i mean.

ya something like that... can even crop more for more dynamic details. :thumbsup:
Rule of 3rd is just a guideline. It doesn't always = good.
What I rather prefer for this pic would have give it a tighter crop (a.k.a. crop it closer) and throw away the useless background.
