I thought of buying a portable GPS device for driving ard Malaysia. What features should I look for when buy such devices and any recommendation ? the budget should be < $300

buy garmin cause they update their maps regularly and also lots of pple uploading Point of Interest also.

btw, i suggest you go forums like malfreemaps to ask abt GPS, better response

yep, get a garmin if not, go down to the nearest IT show and test out one as different models/brands give different feel
