For those who may have organised events or are fans of classical music, could you please suggest fanfares that are appropriate to announce the arrivals of GOHs? :)

Kindly advice...

Thank you. :)

A classic orchestral score from John Williams... 'The Imperial March'?

Could be suitable for GM's and Senior VP's as they make their way onto the convention hall stage or annual dinner hall...

Eh...imperial march for baddies leh...

Ok...I have some suggestions: Olympic Fanfare and theme, Summon the Heroes, Bugler's Dream. All these are olympic fanfares and are very common in events. I'm from a concert band, we use such fanfares during major school events. There are other entrance fanfares but the above i mentioned are the most available ones...all from John Williams.

John Williams doesn't have much fanfares from indiana jones. I'm a personal fan of him, so i dare say the olympic fanfares are the most suitable.

My 2 cents

What is the theme of your event?

abit OT..but our president likes the soundtrack of forrest gump for his walk in music..

the first time i did the show..i thought it was a joke..

but nope..after it happened at 3 different events..found out that he likes it..lol

Wah...no need fanfare to anounce my arrival lah...:)

1. Olympic Fanfare by John Williams (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K90GoFrLvVI)
2. Liberty Fanfare also by John Williams (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugIM0ojgu5U)
3. How about the fanfare for Rocky? (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gNsGOu_W-KE)

If you are cheeky you can use "Send in the clowns" or "Entry of the Gladiators" ;)
