Pop up flash diffuser

Anyone using a pop up flash diffuser like Gary Fong puffer and it's other clones? Is there any different in the quality of the flash as the price is so much different.

I've used one before , actually i dont think there will be much difference . If you're worried the light isnt diffused enough , add some tissue . I saw one at tk foto

thanks for the advise. I think i would just get a clone instead of GF and test it out.
