About 1000 charges or so...
how do u keep track on the number of charges?

The advertised claim is 1000 charges. can it live up to the claim? i tend to suspect that it is much lesser. of course, it can be charged 1000x or even infinite times physically but to be valid, each charge must be as long lasting or at least 85% of Day 1 capacity.

sometimes as the batteries and the camera age together, it becomes terrible. the old camera is extremely hungry for power and the aging battery is struggling to perform. in the end the battery last only 1/4 or less than when both equipment were new.

Seriously... would you keep count??

I don't and just use them accordingly... if and when they fail, then throw and replace.

since we are at batteries, does anyone know how many cycles can a 580EX MK II flash last with a set of 2300mH batteries?
is written inside your 580EX MK II flash owner manual... anyway, that is fire at full power, if you using TTL mode, each output is difference power, there is NO way to tell how many shots can shoot in one set of battery. so nobody knows........................................

I have 3 sets GP1800 (exhausting soon) n 1 set alkaline.

Bought a GP Powerbank (15mins charging time) few weeks ago inclusive GP2700 at $68.
But not able to use on my Nikon SB28 speedlight. Anyone knows why?

If it really can't be used then no point sitting idle, thought of letting go at a discount.
Anyone interestd?

I know this question might have been asked a few times, did anyone face inconsistent lighting output when using Hi-Sync for Canon 580EXII? I'm using GP Batteries and it was 2010mAH.. Does higher mAH improves the recharge speed?

it is the capacity the battery can hold. u could get more shots out of it.
