Police cordon of Orchard Plaza

Was driving along Koek Road this morning and saw Orchard Plaza building being cordoned off with police, detectives and forensics vehicles along orchard road. Anybody knows what's happening before office hours? Looks like a murder case as blood stains could be found even in Winsland House cordoned area.
