Hi all,

Im looking for point and shoot camera that is suitable for diving. any recommendation?? regardless of budget.

Add an external strobe. Makes all the difference. More difference than which camera you end up choosing.

Having said that, consider if you like to take small critters. Point and shoots vary quite a bit in their minimum focusing distance.

The final criteria is ease of operation. Look out for cameras with accessible On/Off switches.

Olympus and Canon are generally the most popular.

zero.. is the colour accurate? my friend recommended cannon ixus range over the powershot range. is it true that ixus is better?
