Actually it depends on where you bought the Pocket Wizards. If in Singapore you could try Cathay or if that fails you can try Shiro.
Chances are you probably have to send your unit to get it repaired.
If your unit is BER(beyond economic repair), they might offer you a new unit at a discounted price. It happened to me, I bought my Pocket Wizards in the US, Cathay and Shiro couldn't repair them, different frequency range used here. So I had not choice but to send them to the US to get it sorted out.
Go to the Pocket Wizard site and find out what you need to do exactly before sending it off. Or you can let me know and I can send it to a shop I always deal with or get a friend of mine in the US and ask them to help out.
Sometimes, they will process your request for repair but will not ship overseas. Anyways, let me know how it works out for you.
