Please recommend a good DC

Hi,

I know countless of us has asked such a question b4..

I'm looking at a DC within $1000

requirements MP Higher better, fast response time, with good colour /white balance, able to take good quality closeup shots and extremely fast motions like darting fish. MUST HAVE some manual functions
