Playboy Photo Shrunk Down to the Size of a Hair

Doesn't matter
Still zero baby :bsmilie:

Microdot tech has been around since WW2. Can A* come up with something new and refreshing after so much $ pumped into it?

The "Lena" image is commonly used as a test image in imaging research.
And this is many times smaller than microdot.

Publish in nature is nice, but how does this help the economy?

The economic value of a research is often hard to quantify. But that is the nature of it.

Not sure how A* operates.

Discoveries and ground breaking research cannot be mandated. There cannot be KPIs for such things.
There cannot be a set target that one will have achieved X number of inventions by a specified target date.
Sometimes inventions are by accident when a scientist was working on something else.

I think the US Bell Labs is superior. US got a better research environment with many scientists in different parts of the country.

You are funny man. First post you say wasting $, now you say no need KPI to keep track. No KPI as indicator, more $ burned then you rage again. :dunno:

You should thank Philip Yeo for the current system that most ppl in a* hate.
