there is a stretch of long open road with very very few vehicles near seletar airport, if u search on google map for "seletar north link"

there is a arc bridge after which is a long stretch of road, at the end u reach punggol marina but it should still be a no thru road there for cars. open stretch with some green and some area is the sea.
