Er... no offence, but find the shot doesn't bring out your title. Find too many distracting objects in the shot. For eg, the empty bottle, the rubbish car, the road and the leafs.
Er... how about get closer to the rod, zoom in more, include the rods but focus at the pipes instead. Try to exclude as many other objects as possible.
Just my 0.02 cents.
