Picture Frames

I think I should be posting this at the Consumer Corner but my account is not allowed to do so.

I'm new in S'pore and looking for places that carry a good selection of ready-made wall frames, assortment of mats of diff. colors and sizes. I checked Art Friend, they said they would no longer carry those things. Anywhere like this place www.cheappetes.com ? I'm looking for budget stuff.

IKEA frames comes with the mat and very limited selection. I bought some and made them to a good use.
