I like #3 but that is for the overall scene. A lot depends on what is your subject and your picture does not really tell me what your POI.

On my notebook. Power Mgmt mode to High Performance = Pic 3.
Power mode to Balance mode = Pic 4.

Overall Pic 3 is best.

setting? no settings, just testing my monitor brightness setting after calibrating it with some software.
