Phottix Aion anyone?

Hi guys,
Anyone used the Phottix Aion before? I read from the internet that the remote cable from the receiver is interchangeable, meaning you only need to buy one set for all camera brands. Is there any functions that are not compatible witn specifics brands of camera?

The only portion that needs to change is the cable connecting the receiver to your camera body, which is available for other brand or class of camera bodies at a lowpric of $10 to $12. If I'm not wrong, the hotshoe feet has not electrical contact, hence it's just for resting on ur hotshoe. You should be able to use ur hotshoe for other task, such as flash, if you need it.
