Anyone mind telling us step by step to make the person pimple in the pic turn into smooth skin surface?

Erm...i don't know how. But when i use neat image, it does make my subject's face cleaner, smoother. But im sure there are better and more specialised software for that.

Use PhotoShop 7's Healing Tool. The best you can get.
