Photoshop RAW File Support Question

Currently, I am using Photoshop CS2 with camera RAW 3.7 plug-in.
However, I cannot use the latest camera RAW plug-in from Adobe.
So, does it mean that my Photoshop CS2 might not be able to support latest camera RAW development?
Does anyone know about that?
