photoshop print settings

I do soft proofs b4 printing but now I am confused to what print setting I should set.

This website says that I should set the source space to proof setup and Print Space Profile to "Same as Source" .

My book "color confidence" says that I should set the source space to document and Print Space Profile to my correspoding printer profile.

So which is correct????? Does it matter?
