Photoshop plug-in for Wideangle effects ?

Did anyone come accross this plug-in / filter for PS?
the result something like fisheye lens..

Crude but effective.

I used the built-in filter to be found under Distort -> Pinch (setting -50).

I've tried this.. but I don't want the "veginatte"..
