Photoshop Curve Palette Question

#1
Looking at the two vertical and horizontal grey scale bars, how to change shadows at the right and low point to left and high point in CS PS6?

From this:

To this?

Used to be able just to drag it in CS2 or lower.

the pix#2 is not showing shadow and highlight, but it is Pigment/Ink.
just go to Curve Display Option, instead of selecting the option of "light", click on "Pigment/Ink".

btw, do you like me to move this thread to Digital Darkroom instead, before someone start posting photo of cats, dogs, sexy XMM models or elderly porn stars into a kopitiam threads

I think this is quite an interesting question, it would be good to move to Digital Darkroom, if Sion is agreeable. Then again, Sion belongs to KPT. :bsmilie:

Got it. Thanks for your help.

I did try the Display Option yesterday but didn't notice the grey bars had shifted. It must be a long day. :)

And do what you think is best for CS.
