just watch the tutorials in Youtube and follow the instructions step by step, there are many others photoshop tutorials available at Adobe site as well.

You don't need to post at service wanted to pay for someone to teach you, if you want attend some course on photoshop, please check out the Workshops, Tutorials and Classes for some paid lessons available.
