Photoshoot Location for Picnic, Gangster & Semi-formal theme

Hi bros, I'm looking around for suitable locations for a photoshoot that has the following themes:
1. Picnic - something like big open field and big trees where I can bring in vintage vespa bike
2. Gangster - with graffiti background
3. Semi formal

Any suggestions bro? Thanks.

1. Picnic: Botanic Gardens, Punggol Broadwalk, Tuas Reclaimed Land (there used to be an open space next to the power station)
2. Gangster: try the area around Ann Siang Hill / Duxton, I saw quite a few interesting graffiti but not sure if still there
3. Semi Formal: Orchid Country Club, free admission, shuttle service (not sure if must pay).

you sure Orchid Country Club can let any tom dick harry walk in and take photos in their compound? isn't it a country club?
