Excellent series again, Ben. Wish I had a 300mm w/ me. My 80-200 just couldn't get the job done somehow :(

When I was using the K20D, I could not achieve the same results as the K5 in term of focusing for sports.
Example taken with FA*80-200.

@Fengwei: Some suggestions, if I may? :b
maybe you should unsticky the other seasons of photos taken by pentax cameras threads, cause there's so many stickies now. :S

Someone has already posted his pics in Reportage & Sports for the same event.
Well, instead of repeating the post in that section, I post the pics here.

no choice leh, they happened to be facing my lens, so given in to temptation & pressed the shutter.:devil:
actually also testing the FA*80-200 after conducting the AF Adjustment on the K5.
when the AF Adjustment set at "0", the pic not so sharp after cropped.
when set to +5, +8 & +10, the pic is sharper but don't see much difference with these 3 settings. so i set to +8.:)

Thanks Frank.

Hi Ben,,could you advise which AF settings you used. AFS + Center point AF point? or the mult-AF point setting?

Nice shots. The athletes are impressive. Just look at the power in the strides.
