1240 - 1300 hrs: Transit Time
1300 - 1330 hrs: Punggol Beach
1330 - 1415 hrs: Transit Time
1415 - 1445 hrs: Merlion
1445 - 1515 hrs: Esplanade
1515 - 1545 hrs: Transit Time
1545 - 1630 hrs: Singapore River (CBD)
1630 hrs: End of outing

1500 - 1515: Transit (Any Bus to YMCA)
1515 - 1530: YMCA Bus Stop Shoot
1530 - 1540: Transit (Any Bus to Esplanade)

wow, pretty tight itinerary. even lunch break is just 20 minutes (not counting buying time).

Yeah rush hour.
Like got many transits in between.

Shoot time say at Punggol Beach is 15 min only (not forgetting the walk to the beach from bus stop to place of shoot will probably take 5 min in and out) so left 5 min to compose a shot and go?
Many transits to and from hougang? 12pm meet at hougang and 1310 back to hougang just for lunch? Might as well meet up after lunch and isn't it better to take the MRT via transfer to CBD / Padang / Esplanade shoot unless 1 is to capture pics taken off from the bus.

Advice would be to eat before you go.

Either that or skip one place and spend more time at the others.

Ok, guys.

I have taken your complaints and suggestions. I had postponed the outing to 11th October due to family issues. Anyway, it's not only we (clubsnap photographers) that are going, but a few other individuals.
