You can try Photographer Society of Singapore at Selegie. You can do a search online and you will be able to find their website. Another alternative is Nafa which offers Cert in photographic.

how is PSS compare to nafa??? PSS seems to be have less lesson then nafa... but the rate is low..... and both are basic photography..........

PSS, SAFRA and Objectifs all run full courses that spans over minimum of 4-8 lessons for a fees.
U can also try some of the workshop ran by interest groups like Circle of Light who is promoting B&W photography. They can be accessed at www.ecircleoflight.org
