I was looking around the net for things to read and I found this gem from our neighbors in the north. Hurray for them. Now newbies can learn.

Click on the links below:

Photography in Malaysia

This is the webpage for Photography in Malaysia. Excellent site.

the B I G Glossary

This is the big photography glossary they have. Imaculate. Maybe someone can make a sticky post for links to it.

The resource page

This page lists in detail the excellent array of classic SLRs that newbies ought to learn from. Very detailed!

Dug up more stuff for newbies.

Go to the link below:

Camerahobby.com

Run by a Vancouver photog by the name of Edwin Leong.

Check out his Comments on Photography for a beginners guide. He looks into the manual aspect of photography. Covers topics on metering and the like. Excellent read. Has reviews on many cameras. Featured the all manual student cheapo: Yashica FX-3 Super 2000 body.

After learning. All we need to do is take pictures :) Yay!

heheh, I own the grand father of your FE-10, the venerable Nikon FE. First produced in 1978. :D Biggest thing I don't like about it - light meter totally invisible in low light conditions. :(
