Dear All -

I have my photography exhibition is now on ...

The project has recently been shown at F-Stop Contemporary Photography Festival in Germany. One of the image was also short listed for a landscape photographer of the year award and another project by the artist has been shortlisted for a competion by Charles Saatchi - titled 4 new sensations which has resulted in an exhibtino at the Saatchi gallery during frieze art fair... so that is all the blurb behind the artist... ;)

For more info on the works themselves see - but don't look to much or that will kill the surprise.

The address is Monsoon asia gallery 11 Upper Wilkie road. Tell the taxi driver to take you to Sophia road.... then stick high - the road goes round a couple of bends as it climbs the hill. It is next to Wild Oats Bar which is quite well known.

reply to this thread if you want to come and I will try and meet you there.

While I don't think it's within the context of the original, the first thing that came to mind (of what little I possess) when I saw and read your website, was Blake's 'Tiger' ... albiet ever so slightly modified.

Lady, lady, burning bright
In the forests of my night,
What immortal hand or eye
Could frame thy fearful symmetry?

In what distant deeps or skies
Burnt the fire of thine soul?
On what wings dare he aspire?
What the hand dare seize the fire?

And what shoulder and what art
Could twist the sinews of mine heart?
And when thy heart began to beat,
What dread hand and what dread feet?

What the hammer? what the chain?
In what furnace was thy brain?
What the anvil? What dread grasp
Dare its artly terrors clasp?

When the stars threw down their spears,
And water'd heaven with their tears,
Did She smile Her work to see?
Did He who made the lamb make thee?

Lady, lady burning bright
In the forests of your night,
What immortal hand or eye
Dare frame thy fearful symmetry?

Hi Lady E

Thanks for sharing your photos with us. They are simply amazing and they all tell a story. I was inspired to improve my photography and see things from a different perspective.

Thanks for the comments :D - unfortunately the exhibition is now over ... the pictures will however be on display in the photo gallery at the Arts House in September - I will make another posting nearer the time.

Much love,
