hi guys

i have some 35mm nikon-mount photographic equipment which are currently very under-utilised.

as such, i would like to rent them out for photographic enthusiasts. i have seen similar services being offered here in CS.

how does one protect himself against 'bad' renters? what should i look out for, and what goes into the 'contract' etc?

hope to get some advice here..

mods, please feel free to move the thread to the appropriate forum if i posted in the wrong one

you can look at the terms and conditions of the services offered by other existing CS members. I find some them quite comprehensive and they do offer decent protection for the equipment owner.

I guess if you are not comfortable in renting your equipment, then dun rent it out. Be prepared that anythings can go wrong !! ..
