photo vcd using winoccd and premier

I have used both to create photo album in VCD format. The image out of WinOnCD is relatively clearer. I wonder if anyone knows the correct setting for Premier to achieve the same result.

Adobe Premiere can do Photo Album in VCD format! Hmmms, learn something new.

I have tried to use premier but no luck... anyone has a good tutorial website where I can learn on how to create VCD ?

I'd usually created .avi in premier, and then convert the avi to mpg using tmpgenc
