Photo Marathon for Canon Users

Calling all Canon users regardless of DSLR or P&S, do join us for a day of fun as well as to test your photography skills. There are 4 themes for you to choose from. You can choose to participate in ONE or more themes. Kindly indicate which theme(s) that you wanted to participate in so that we can plan our logistics.

Date : 17 Mar 2007
Time : 0845 - 2200 hrs

Cost : FREE

Theme 1 - Macro

Time : 0845 - 1200 hrs
Venue : Lower Pierce

We will start off by taking macro pictures at Lower Pierce area in the morning. There are a few exotic places around that area for macro shooting.

We will gather Braddell MRT at 8am for those who don't how to get to that place. For those who are driving there, please email me at photographian@hotmail.com for direction.

The session will properly ends at noon to early afternoon where we shall go for our lunch at near Upper Thomson Road or nearby areas.


Theme 2 - Nature / Wildlife

Time : 1330 - 1600 hrs
Venue : Khatib Bongsu

After lunch, the next stop will be to Khatib Bongsu. It is a remote place at the north of Yishun. You may be able to spot some series of birds. It is also a good place for macro shooters. There are definitely bugs present in the forest.


Theme 3 - Landscape

Time : 1645 - 1930 hrs
Venue : Changi Board Walk

The next stop will be to Changi Board Walk. It is place where we can view nice sunset.


Theme 4 - Night Photography

Time : 2030 - 2200 hrs
Venue : Central Area

The final stop will be back to the central area for night photography.

I would like to join themes 1 and 2, have something on from 6pm onwards so cant join you guys after theme 2. will that be ok? i tried to access the Photographian site but cant get in..

Hi Bro, sure no problem, just come for theme 1 and 2.

As for the Photographian site, have to browse the Announcement Sub-forum for details?
