Need those experts recomendation on free & good photo hosting eg. photobucket,pbase ...... (any time limit or size constrain)

Pbase is only free for a limited trial period (30days, 10MB). Personally, I find that access can be slow at times.

i think multiply.com is good, unlimited storage. worth checking it out
