photo ehancement short cuts / websites

Sorry, But some time ago someone posted some links to websites that offers photo enhancement shortcuts for downloads. These keys either work in photoshop or is a standalone software or shareware.
Can someone share those websites again.
I remember that one of the website is a "angmoh" photographger who writes such shortcuts for sale per downloads.
