I would like to know what is the program that the person was using. It seem like not photoshop and the editing skill is damn fast!

It's Photoshop. Look at the top left of the screen at 4:15. The whole layout of the toolbars and palettes is the same.

the guy used alot of layers that was already prepared before hand. and the eyes are a transplant. so if he did it in real time, he will take alot alot longer than 5 min.

Sorry i don't understand chinese, so what is the competition about? Looks like the guy have some skills and judging from all those layer mask he has prepared, he must have sure spend a hell lot of time on it. Good effort by the girl though, too bad she came unprepared.

He is doing it fast(with prepared layers), but the portrait looks horrible if you look closer. The skin doesn't has any texture; Basically just apply "blur" to the whole face. :bsmilie:
