Here's some excellent websites:

Alternatively, get the book written by Takashi Yamaguchi (see his profile: http://www.nikon.co.jp/main/eng/feelnikon/comfort/gallery/200401yamaguchi_takashi/index.htm). Versions are available in Japanese and as of last month in Chinese. You don't need to know either language to follow the book. Look at the photographs and illustrations and everything is self-explanatory.
