The DBS Marina Regatta 2012 marks Singapore’s inaugural international dragon boat competition since 2000 and is held at the Promontory at Marina Bay from 4 till 6 May 2012.
DBS Marina Regatta 2012 will be holding a photography contest for avid photographers to win attractive prizes – Simply capture the heartbeat of Asia at the race with your camera anytime between 4 till 6 May and stand a chance to win cash prizes of up to $2000.
Terms and Conditions
(A) Eligibility
1. The Contest is open to all students aged between 17 and 25 years old ("Participants").
(B) Contest Mechanics
1. The Contest period is 4 May 2012 to 11 May 2012, both dates inclusive ("Contest Period").
2. Participants are required to submit their entries via DBS Remix - Bank/Financial Institution - Singapore, Singapore | Facebook with the following information:
1. Name
2. NRIC
3. Date of birth
4. Contact number
5. Email address
6. School currently attending
7. Photographs taken should be related to the DBS Marina Regatta 2012. Race days are from 4 May to 6 May 2012 only.
8. Participants are allowed to submit a maximum of five photographs. Each photograph submitted should be according to the theme 'Capture the Heartbeat of Asia' and accompanied by a caption of no more than 300 characters.
9. Entries must be submitted by 11 May 2012 and will only be posted the day after submission.
(C) Prizes
There will be a total of six (6) winners.
The prizes are:
1. 1st prize - S$2,000
2. 2nd Prize - S$1,500
3. 3rd prize - S$1,000
4. 3 merit prizes - S$500 each
