How about have 2 kinds of membership?

Paying type with space to upload photos or free membership but without the space. This way, can meet both needs......

Patience. We're testing it with a select group of people at the moment to see how best to implement it. It's not as simple as giving the space and then forgetting about it. Care must be taken not to let it affect the forums and the actual website as well. We'll update as and when the full implementation (if any) comes out.
