Perseus constellation will only rise around 2am SGT. So it will be near the northeast horizon. It will be 45 degree up in the north east around 5am. It's basically in the direction of the moon.

Quite clear in certain areas and in some the clouds are there to cover... so good luck to those who are chasing after the meteor shower. The intensity of the shower (meaning dim) and the speed may be an issue for those trying to shoot this.
