Hi All,

Tanks for coming to the outing. The weather was great, the chitchat was fun. It's good to meetuo with some old and new friends.

As usual, I'll start with the group photos here:

Wonderful weather.
I'm sure you guys got lots of nice shots.

Too bad I could only sit and watch.... :D
Not much chance to take any proper shots.

K30; DA15ltd; 3 shots stitched
Managed to hold off the 2 little ones for a while to take this just before I left.

Hi, I shot a vertical panorama, relatively simple one with two frames. 3 exposures each frame, so it is a HDR panorama as well.

ND106 was used when shooting to lengthen the exposure to smoothen out the water. Yes, the shot is post processed - the usual workflow. For the colors, I did some minor tweaking with color balance as well. :)

You guys are really fast! Some excellent shots too.

I was chitchatting w/ friends mostly, didn't shoot much. Only a few quick snaps of some Pentaxians.

Like this one.
Usually, ppl will avoid the railings, but this one actually went out of the norm and formed a bit of a leading line towards the CBD.

What lens is this?

Such a nice isolation while having just enough to let the subject stand out.

DA*55?
